If you accidentally submitted a survey to the wrong ward, don’t panic! It is a simple process to move an entire survey to a different ward

  • Navigate to the Thermometer home page using the tab at the top of the page

 

  • Click the ‘Collect Data’ button on the left hand side and click the ‘Collect data' option under

 

  • Select the organisation that you will be entering data for from the drop down menu

 

  • Choose your ward from list that appears below your organisation
  • Find the survey you wish to edit and press the ‘Amend’ button

 

  • In the pop-up box change the After Ward

  • Press ‘Save’
